Okay, worst comes to life, not this decade, but maybe next, or in the middle of century, or in a hundred years; then, what..? What will even be the difference between human and a machine, if one as measurably conscious, as the other? What’s the point to delimitate between two kinds of experience then. If machine emulates human, couldn’t human be turned algorithmic even if differently?
This video is simplistic and alarmist to beyond any reasonable degree. There’re multiple leaps of argumentation just to make the point more emotional and less curious. Considering what a promising and inviting to a discussion title it’s got, what a disappointment
