the point asmon makes at 11:40, is not completely incorrect. While you're right that currently people don't care about ai slop stories, art, etc., there very likely will be a point in the future where we will not be able to identify ai media anymore and because of that people will unknowingly consume that stuff. Hell, in music there are already ai "artists" doing pretty well without people realizing it's ai.. And no, i'm not an ai bro, but as with most things in our modern world, efficiency will always win in the end. However I also don't think artists will go extinct, there will just be even less room for professional ones than now.
