the instructions are very clear YOU are responsible to drive and take over when the FSD system makes an error and it makes plenty of it every day. just last week my Tesla stopped at a red traffic light and started driving despite it was still red, ran over a stop sign without stopping, and worst changes lanes in a two line street driving on the wrong side off the road - it's a great system so far but not perfect. - this said Robotaxis with this tech is not feasible in my mind - you need better sensor tech like LIDAR and better trained model.
