14:30 I am a disabled artist, I have autism and Ehler's-Danlos syndrome whoch severely limits my ability to actually draw due to hypermobility and chronic pain, as well as executive function issues that make focusing and finishing the art a real issue. All this in mind, AI "art" programs are actually extremely unhelpful to us. First of all it's expensive, disabled people would rarely have the money for that because a lot of us can't work and disability benefits, at least in the UK, are low and our savings are capped very low if we don't work. Secondly, AI "art" is actively taking AWAY some of our income! Most of those programs do cost money, yes, but they're cheaper than a fair rate for commissions, so oftentimes, artists (especially disabled artists who may need to charge more, rely on art for income, rely on their commisions to be productive and keep their mental health up amidst disorders, or may have "worse" or "less desirable" art styles) will get less commission work when people turn to AI. Not to mention that the power cost of AI is astronomical and causes electricity costs to be higher and even outages, so I've heard, and many many disabled people rely on electronic machines for at the very least, quality of life, if not actual life support. So yes, AI is damaging the lives of all artists, damaging the lives of disabled artists, damaging the lives of disabled people in general, damaging able bodied people, damaging literally EVERYTHING you can name, and I am deadly serious about that.
