I remember seeing a very good tumblr post from a tattoo artist who took great offense at someone asking them if they use AI to design tattoos, their internal reaction being “what, let the machine do the entire thing that I enjoy about this profession? What’s next, a machine that eats my dinner and fucks my wife?” AI diehards are so consumed by the need to have everything at the press of a button and at no expense that they can’t comprehend that people would create something for the sake of creation
