As a disabled artist myself I haven't ever used AI for art. I'm trying to save up for a hand model and buying my watercolors. I miss being able to tour an art museum online so I could get inspiration. AI has flooded the Internet making it harder to find real art. I have gone back to books for references in inspiration.
