No jobs that are actually done well can be truly automated . Components of that job sure. But if you are actually doing the job well and of standard people feel is fair for price, then that job is SAFE. AI is a bubble. Just look at what the Gemini is returning in the search engine. The top sources it uses to summarize are based on seo rank and not verified fact. The veil of professional competence has been so dubious for those who have worked in corporate job. So much of what you do everything is bullshit or done in a way to make some delusional management group happy and is not based on anything of substance. AI is going to make things better in the sense it will be much easier to see who is actually providing what they promised. It’s not actually doing anything well. Also a lot of what AI is producing is just templates. So much of what is happening is bc of poor process design in businesses. I think if managers were more hired based on their competence and expertise in a skill set and not just ability to network there wouldn’t be so many businesses in trouble. Putting health care and programming on the list is crazy. Mostly bc programming requires people to design bespoke solutions if you are paying them a lot AI is just generic and not bespoke. So yeah it’s good it’s the start of the end . If mean everyone who was getting scammed for a shitty service will go under and all the companies that are actually adding value to people lives will stay.
