It's not that AI is killing the value of a college degree, it's that it's replacing jobs with automation. These jobs might fall more on positions that don't need advanced education skills, like a customer service position. The job market being tough for new college graduates is nothing new. I went through my own struggle, actually multiple struggles, decades ago. It's not like when a new college class graduates in the spring, there are loads of companies eager to load up on new employees. Has that ever been the case?
