Pretty terrible advice. Even with the best ai models, you are only as good as your prompt.
And you prompt and debug better if you know your loops and fundamentals.
It's more important today than before to know fundamentals. No one remembered syntax before (Google, stack over flow), and no one remembers syntax today (AI)
