The CEO's job isn't to think up actual good ideas. They can, but it's not required. His job is to leverage his connections, whether prior or current in his employment, to bring in revenue. And most importantly be held accountable for the various inevitable bribes he received on behalf of the company and its stakeholders. It isn't actual apple picking job jobs when you work at that level, it's ALL PEOPLE. You can't replace it because people are greedy. You can't bribe an AI unless AI is also selfish and greedy. It's way darker than you think. You should interview non-technologist on the same topic, and read their PR brains. Some might slip. They don't care about your "jobs" lol. We live on a different existence plane to them. Planes you and I will never get to see or even imagine.
