2:32 and sometimes there are auto-rejections based on not meeting requirements, but if you don’t have a degree in CIS or something because that degree didn’t exist when you were in college, that results in age discrimination. Same thing with job title, sometimes job titles change over time so if you were hired into a role that has changed titles, and your old title isn’t in Workday’s default algorithms, experience can be left off. Since companies can’t access the algorithms or training data, this falls on workday. They are going to try saying companies could control the filtering, but they can’t, they can just turn it on or off.
