Ai art will never thrive because arts value is the time and effort put into it not the pixels or paint itself.Nobody 20 years from now will take ai art seriously its a novelty of our time nothing more.At best people will use it to shitpost and thats the only place it belongs.I mean admitedly even then it would be worthless the gangster spongebob memes arent funny because pf the pictures themselves but rather the idea that someone actually spent time and energy making something that looks soo dumb.
