The solution is really simple (except for that part where AI might try to kill us all off because it might think we are as annoying or dangerous as mosquitos.
But about the job part:
All AI machines and robots need to be TAXED. And people will need to get used to the fact that they will work (far) less in the future. The 40-hour workweek will be a thing of the past. Maybe 20 hours will become the norm. And businesses need to be regulated. All non-executive people need to become/join a human "labor" union to hold the line against the bots! Businesses won't like it - but that's what elections are for. Vote wisely.
