Investors should be looking at AI data centers from a year 2002 WorldCom/Global Crossing scandal perspective. The questions everyone should be asking is what is each data center’s GPU and CPU utilization, are they even being used, are there even any customers on them? Otherwise it is no different than investing in a long haul trucking company whose trucks never leave the lot.
