America, being the strongest country, needs to utilize its power to prevent AI advancement. It's no good and evil. AI doesn't have to be complex or self aware to be unpredictable and dangerous. Just look what simple youtuve algorithms have done... they're not self aware or overly complex but have funneled whole world into warring camps and echo chambers.... I hope Jesus is real because if he's not we are completely screwed. We don't even fully understand our world or what we're making. We might be making a gun for evil spirits to shoot the material world. AI needs to be stopped completely.
