That 95% saw no ROI number has been a core metric for the past several decades of software engineering, which was historically labored by human developers. The metric I'm referring to is the one where most developed software and applications ( > 50%) never saw the light of day, thus the company saw no ROI. Agentic AI has just amplified this age-old ROI number.
