This video made me curious. I think that there has to be a connection that ties all of this together with the current Human experience. It's no exaggeration to say that we are more isolated than before. Trust in institutions and a shared goal is at an all time low. Community cohesion is also low. e.t.c pretty much the majority of the things that shaped and made being humans a deeply engaging experience are fading away. Here come AI to ice that cake. When trust and faith in eachother is gone,when hope is fading and collective nihilism is rising ,suddenly replacing the core of your being with a machine is not that crazy of an idea.
