My company is doing AI intelligently. It is a health insurance company, but they waited to implement it. The biggest thing is that AI can only approve claims or authorizations, and denials must be verified by a person. Second use is purely as an assistant to searching our database of policies and procedures. It's considered an error if you don't review source the documents the AI references to confirm accuracy
