False flag strawmans against privately hosted AIs to maintain the control over it with lobby/law enforcement. *Nothing else is this!* He is not afraid. He acts, so people become frightened and make them self dependent, thinking the only way to cope with the power is giving it all to a lobby driven monopoly. This is the same game of power and control, that is played again and again against the citizens. Cause fear - offer the solution (exercising power over it) - have control and cause more fear if people question it. War, Weed and now processing of information (nothing else is AI).
