In my local area, there were these girls that having deep fakes made of them. None nude but it was of them in suggestive outfits. Local law enforcement had no idea on how to handle it. Education for law enforcement is one way of helping the victims and preventing this from happening. Going after the companies is probably the best way. Making a varifacation process for the pictures and the person making them would help identify the perpetrator and the victims before it gets out.
