Raw LLM Responses

I understand the issues involved but I use AI art on personal projects and will likely use it for my more public facing stuff. It is not because AI is "better" or even that I am cheap and do not want to pay an artist. TBH I would love to use real artists. However I have had awful experiences trying to do so. Again, it wasn't the price. I never haggled. I always paid what was the stated price. The problem was the artists themselves. Delays, multiple and long ones. Now I'm not demanding. If someone was a day or even a week late, who cares if the work is good. We are talking weeks or one time months. Another one is liking someone's displayed work, paying a few hundred dollars, and, after a very long wait, being handed hot garbage that I couldn't even use. I still paid them for their work because I didn't want a bad rating, but I just flushed hundreds down the drain. Or, you want to do an ongoing project (for real money) and nobody wants to commit to something long term. I will say what I always say when someone complains about AI art. If you can deliver what is promised when it is promised consistently over time and be available for revisions (nothing crazy, maybe a few tweaks every now and then), give me a DM. If you can't, then don't fucking complain when I use something that does deliver, maybe not as well, but it delivers something usable on time with unlimited revisions.
