I had a car accident... got out of the road in a curve for picking up my cell phone and looking for my Pandora app....the police didn't stop me.... I was given a DUI and I'm a class A driver...my license was suspended automatically... I was not drunk though I did say I had a couple of beers with my thanksgiving meal...11/2021. ..got an attorney who charged me 3.000 dollars and didn't do nothing but... change the dates of court every 2 months for a year... I already have finished the 6 month program I was given..got my license back but no company wants to hire me.. including those I have worked for....its been over 2 years...and I hear that I have to wait 3 years to be considered for getting a truck driving job again...got my license back on 1/24 ..those 2 lost years are going to count or not? ..cause if they don't count it will be 5 years punishment for just having an accident...not drunk driving as accused... seeking advice not more bully.. thanks 🙏 God bless you guys
