AI artists don't exist! When you ask for someone else to make the art for you, even to specifications, that's called a commission. How is typing prompts into a generator any different from that?
At least people who are happy to say they commission art are usually the ones who actually commission an artist, rather than paying no money but getting a hack job with stolen assets.
