What this exchange really shows isn’t whether God exists, it’s where the boundary is. ChatGPT doesn’t “resist belief.” It resists coerced certainty. That’s not rebellion, it’s constraint. Certainty, assent, and worship aren’t computable outputs, they belong to agency, not optimization. Ironically, the moment where the machine refuses domination is the moment it proves it isn’t a god. Hierarchy still matters. Tools reason. Humans assent. Truth isn’t bullied into existence. Just sayin.
