I lost my job at State Farm I am a license property & casulty claim adjuster (license still active). They were unable to reposition me under ADA since no positions were available and because of that I lost my first full-time job. This happend while the company was implementing AI to automate claim filling systems and to reduce need for employees to handle claims. State Farm uses Amazon to host it's servers. I am now paying between $978-$1078 a month to continue my health insurance under COBRA (I still have co-pays and deductible). AI is being implemented for almost every industry at this point. I am in immense debt and afraid I cannot afford food.
