As someone loves to code, AI art is disgusting. I want to laugh when people say that GPT-3 would replace programmers. It is like this AI art it is not replacing anybody. The prior, at least, can help programs with productivity and brainstorming. AI art is not beneficial. I decided to have "conversation" with GPT-5 about essentially what makes AI: AI. There is some information that it pulls in its responses that are correct and know are correct through my own knowledge and ironic for people saying that AI will replace X. Basically, AI is designed to learn and understand connections and patterns based upon databases or datasets that are utilized based upon algorithms made by programmers. They are designed with specific tasks or goals in mind. Usage outside of its design results in unpredictable outcomes that are likely not to be beneficial. AI is almost never designed to be able to write and optimize itself because it may deviate from its intended purpose and be less useful or start generating garbage data. AI is limited within the restrictions of its own design and its creator's or creators' ability to make sophisticated algorithms. In other words, the reason why this AI art looks like your art and art from other artists is because it is your art and their art that it is using as input data. There is no accident it is deliberate.
