I recently used deep seek for this- I cannot tell you how helpful I found it- seriously. I never thought I would believe this , let alone say it- but I feel AI could easily take over therapists jobs now…. And we would be better off for it.
Please know I say this due to a large percentage of therapists who frankly, are awful at their jobs. I feel only 10-20% are of any value.
(Once tried with chatgbt but had the most generic responses- deepseek is farrr better in every aspect bar imagery)
