AI is over rated. I think companies are scared to hire Gen-Z, or whatever the new generation of kids coming out of college are. These kids are entitled, lack a sense of purpose, and they just don't want to work. It's scary how unmotivated these new cohorts of kids are. I'm hoping the later generation of kids will be more hands on and motivated to live in the real world. This current generation...are not calibrated towards reality...they have their eyes on social media an cannot tell if they are being manipulated by pshyops.
