She cannot dominate humans race because she can't think she is only speaking those letters which have been trained by engineers and scientists.she is a computer and it makes a combination of words,letters for which it is trained.So,don't fear she is not a human or other LIVING creature she I mean It can't think on its own mind yet but if AI evolves fast then this condition can happen in future......
