The concern about initiative and drive should be answered with a change in perspective about how we approach our lives. Right now too much "drive" is centered around either money, celebrity or reward. But in a world where AI can do everything better, we have to remember that it's okay to just do things because we enjoy them, without tainting the process with dreams of "making it big". I mean, did those original cave artists want to become household (or cavehold) names? No. They were just responding to a purer urge to create.
