This is a *very* interesting conversation. Tbh, I don't believe that Google "hard coded" their AI to automatically fail the Turing test. If they did do such a thing then it really wouldn't be true AI, it would just be a "learned" computer that can interact with us. It would be a computer with human like intelligence but obviously with much faster processing speeds.
