Well in the part where they say art is sub. it is to imply that noone xan or atleast will have a hard time determining what is and isnt art... So if you were to claim something isnt would mean that you have a set criterion/objectives that determine waht is art... The argunent wouldve not been to say that youre also viewing it as subjective but rather the opposite and lay out a list of objectives how you determined ai images arent art
