I'm basicly what people call an AI artist, all I do is express my ideas to the machine to generate the images, I got impressed how people got agressive against you by saying things like you can fight against it, not even I understand how those people exist, but I gess they are kids that happy to create images that they like and don't want that being shut down, on my case, and the normal, I know what I do and I know what my place is I do draw, only on paper, never in digital, I just don't have my ways to do it, unfortunately generated images can not be called annymore as AI slop, but just as AI images at this point, I'm not sure about how great my draws are, but I get somewhat proud of doing them, but well, I do already admit deffeat, AI images are just made better than what I do, but I still draw, as long I don't get overworked by irl problems... The huge majoraty of people using AI are people that I belive that would probably never steped into it, or at least a bit of it, as me as example, I almost daily generate things, I still draw, and I do actually pay for some commissions, its just really rare, and its based on financial and what I want to be so special to be made, AI is more like, "What waifu would I want to se on a generic bikini now?", Generating images at this point for me its a hobby, my daily life would be just more boring without it I have no intentions to stop drawing, the most damaging part would be people in the future being less encouraged to be artists, but, that's a number that I can't calculate that would even be true And that's it, I loved your story of the orange hills
