I’m a 52 year old systems/business analyst and software dev. I’m basically just your average business enabler, and I like to think I am a valuable resource.
I’m pretty sure I still have a career left, and will hopefully still be able to retire while working in this industry.
Im not sure there will be a next generation of software devs, though. It might change into a generation of analyst/Ai prompt devs.
For a while, at least.
