Govts have been asleep at the wheel, at times deliberately, blind, deliberately - claiming these are complex issues etc, that Society + Govts/ Regulators need more time to figure out what to do, what to permit or allow, what to ban, & the penalties. BULLSHIT ! The Issues are fundamental & Simple. In essence. At their heart. It Is : What is in Society's Interest, the Public Interest. Plus Disclosure required. Data Ownership, Data Privacy, Use , Consent, Benefits Sharing, Legitimate Balanced, Fair Legal Contracts ONLY, No Information ASSYMETRY allowed. Nor Exploitation. All in favor of the people, & Society. The Public Good. These Principles.. are what need to be built into Standard Frameworks.. to protect the people. And built into the TESTS that a Co or Corpns or Govt Intelligence Agency will have to meet, legally every time, even with dumb innocent Customers Or Members of the Public, children, minors, or vulnerable people etc - Everyone (!!) ...So as to ensure a product or service is DRIVEN & controlled by the Public - Not the Corporation !! That The Public's Rights, Issues, Ownership etc rule Paramount !! ALWAYS !! That's The Principle to adhere to ! ----- One last point. Not covered in the video, is the extraction of Medical, Health, Psychological, Psychiatric data, plus parameters from diagnostic devices & fitness trackers - etc etc - to build & monetise & seek data & analysis, esp predictive analysis.. to eg - the Insurance Industry, Hospital Industry, pharma industry etc etc ad infinitum.. It is the Task / Responsibility of the Govt & the Public, Common man - and imposed on Corpns - to ensure this is Agree UPFRONT FIRST, before such exploitation of Confidential Information - is stopped in its tracks, resisted, countered, prohibited & PENALISED with HARSH Prison Sentences..& the Revocation & Cancellstion of Licenses to do Business.. for the Corpns of this world.. and their enablers, who are these same Politicians, Billionaires, Lobbyists, and other Soul-less automatons, Nerds, Geeks, Robots & other Intelligences.. of this world, OR NOT !!
