I think it is greatly overestimated. AI at the moment is kinda dumb past a certain point. And what you presented is all stuff that needs to coordinate a bunch of things, is not like data entry.
And even programming. AI can make me some scripts. But the specific things I need to make them myself, and my software donain is very very hard.
