Just because you developed a skill with effort and time doesn't mean you didn't have some natural talent to start with; enough to enjoy the early stages of the learning process.
Those examples of your early work are still superior to anything I've ever produced despite effort.
I understand if you don't like AI image generators, but embracing a just world fallacy where every single person can be a good artist by just puling themselves up by their proverbial bootstraps is foolish.
