I support AI art - it learns the same way a human artist does. As for the type of art, every art type is deemed a non-art on inception until it becomes popular. Those who adapt to what the consumers want survive and sometimes thrive, while those who oppose it tend to be washed away. Hell people said the same thing about digital art when it was added to list of resources/tools artists have to work with. Give it 10-20 years and people probably won't care if it produces good results.
