no technically you weren't born with talent but maybe you were super interested in art and needed to express your creative ideas so you grew up doing art and getting better and better and yeah people can learn anything at anytime but when your older it will on average take more time maybe for some people they can learn quick but that's different for every person someone might have genuinely good creative ideas but their talents aren't in 2d art and they might not have the money to spend to commission an artist so they use ai it's not a hard thing to conceive usage of ai isn't bad it's just new people will use ai and continue to do so some in more of a process with photo editing and different ai software and some just typing words into a generator to finally get a picture of there oc without having to risk having no money for food or basic essentials by commissioning an artist they probably don't have money to burn on
