It all goes to some sort of communism guys, ran by an AI to fairly distribute resources.
As you all can understand - no jobs means no money to buy stuff which means poverty, revolutions and collapse of the economy.
So the problem for each state would be to support millions of people with their basic needs.
At this scale it can be achieved only with AI at power.
But how do you distribute resources fairly?
Because someone will still work, someone will volunteer but someone will be lazy or a criminal.
This is wehere the social rating comes into play: behave and you'll get your points, do good stuff, obey, smile and you'll get points.
But as always in every fair system, there are always someone who are above it. Super reach and wealthy people, soon they will be superhumans because of the genetic modifications of the embrions. No illness genes, boosted talents, cognitive abilities, longevity, tall and beautiful, all maxed out.
