You know where else they can do this without spending thousands of dollars? At home. Parents need to just do fucking better raising their kids. Show them life skills, show them how to interact with others, show them how to be respectful, show them when they fuck up that there are consequences, and lastly show them unconditional love.
Its hard, I know, raising my own kid today, but its worth it.
