I'm not sure about Trump's AI plan. The AI business model is a model of failure. AI requires data centers (factories) that consume massive amounts of electricity and water 💧. Without dumping the costs on surrounding communities, the data factories lose billions. Typically, the AI companies will shroud themselves in secrecy with NDA's and aliases and payoff local corrupt politicians to allow them to make the locals pay for operation costs, which jacks up electric bills by 50-400%. The current technology used in these centers is antiquated and resource hungry. In order to keep these heat generating warehouses at 72°, massive amounts of electricity (gigawatts) and water 💧 are needed, about 5 million gallons per day. They love ❤️ cheap desert land where they can consume the entire community until their taps dry, then spit out the bones and move on. Promises of continued job creation after the tradesmen finish is a ridiculous fabrication, as a half dozen remote workers can operate the data centers from two states away. It won't take long for most of the county's residents to realize they either have to move, or go on welfare. This model will likely trigger the next global real-estate and stock market collapse. Making matters worse, Blackrock buys the utility companies that are involved with these AI factories. Trump seems to intend on passing costs to the federal government (taxpayers), and improving the grid (eg: China). This is a half-baked technology that was rushed to market too quickly.
