I personally see it as completely cut and dry: AI art is new art, it is the same thing as another human artist copying the style of another in those cases. Second is just the typical replacement of jobs by technology that has defined economies pretty much since they were made. Artists don’t get an exemption just because they never thought they would be replaced by a computer
