Creative jobs are a set of jobs that cam never be replaced by a computer because it is impossible for an AI to get that human touch. Thumbnail design? sure, but you need to understand that people get bored of monotony and that's when the creatives come in to vibe them something fresh fresh. Sure an AI can learn to do this but it'll never be on par with the creativity of a human.
