to be honest the getting inspired by ai does have a small bit of "okay" in my opinion. listen up, im an artist, i dont like ai, i dont support ai artist neither the apps. and im not talking about real things you can look up on google, sceneries and stuff like that. but sometimes i look back at the ai art i generated out of curiousity in like 2023, see a small piece of an accessory or clothing - hair idea and think like "thats kinda cool so i may eventually interpret these small details into my art. and no, i dont "reference ai and ai clothes". the details often dont make sense, but in the cases i expirenced where the vibe of a character just hit, i may be inspired by that. "why dont you get a real reference" i do. i draw with real references. but not everything can be looked up. and i never actually generated something and then drew art based of that. im saying more like looking at old pictures and getting a vibe or character idea from it, to create something new. and i think in that case its not the same or an "ai artist" thing. and by the way, i dont post my art, at least right now. and i dont think ill ever create ai art to make real art based off on it, but the few random characters i made in around 2023 sometmes just stick with me and ill definetly look into redesigning some of them. btw im not a hater if anyone cares, i agree with the takes in this video
