It's preposterous to say that someone on their laptop can make super intelligence at any point in time. The A.I. Data Centers on the cutting edge cost BILLIONS and they're not even close to super intelligence. The amount of power required for the computation is disgusting, each one essentially requires an entire power plant. And it's not even close to the compute required for Super Intelligence, which we haven't come close to
