Masashi Kishimoto (Maybe I wrote it wrong, the Naruto creator) said in an early manga (Naruto Manga has this sections when the author talk a little bit about random stuff from his childhood, or opinions, etc) that he was proud to announce that Naruto was the first manga to use 3D for backgrounds, and he goes deeper thinking about it (this was in the 90s I believed, maybe early 2000s) he was excited about it and said that it was a wonderfull tool, that in the future to create art (I suppossed manga, comics, but it could be applied to any art form) you will need just creativity. And AI is the advance form of that, if you think about it, since the renaissance, technology have advance in art to make true the statement of Kishimoto. In the 1500s an artist needed to create their burshes, their paint, and after that they needed to be good at drawing everything, in the 1900s an artist could just bought their brushes and paints, in the 2000s with Digital art appering, and artist didnt have to bought brushes or painting to be good, and thanks to computer, they could fix errors in minutes, when in the past you need to start over again in some cases, and with 3d, a lot of good digital artist cant draw a building or a car, they just trace 3d models, AI has taken several steps forward, you dont need to draw 1000 circles to see your idea come to life. You need to know how to talk to AI, because if 2 people ask AI to make an image about x thing, depending on how you say it is the outpot, which take us back to the beginin, the best ideas while produce good art. Also we arent seeing AI (always talking about AI in relation with art) as a tool, today a person with mobility problems (maybe they dont have arms, or parkinson, or even disease like Hawkings) can make a drawing, they can bring to reality a thing they imagine, so they can be creatives and originals too. This tool is wonderfull. It isnt something more like a pen.
