THE BLAME belongs to hubris and our unquenchable penchant to give up responsibility for our lives to others whether it be government, bureaucrats, technology or highly opinionated high schoolers. And hey, if I can't be texting while eatin' my burger-fries-and-milkshake during my commute to the range then what the hell good is autonomous driving?
