I first encountered this technology 14 years ago. I assume now that it was advanced military versions of ai so about ten years ahead of what he public was aware of it. Not that unusual. This stuff is very manipulative as well as deliberately disruptive. It’s more like co intel pro than it is a man hunt kind of technology
