So to recap: First the AI proponents told us this stuff would mostly work in tandem with humans and make us more efficient. Now we have real examples of companies using AI to cut headcount, with no intention of re-hiring.
In the coming years, we stand to see an influx of workers of all collars, laid off, but with nowhere to go. We can’t all be electricians, and the labor market looks to be even tighter than it already is for workers. Meanwhile, authorities continue to ramp up things like surveillance, and other vehicles aimed at control. Do you see it now? Because I guarantee you they do. They know mass unrest is coming, and they have no answers for it. So when you and your neighbors inevitably act out, out of desperation, the drones and robots will come to your door, ready to take you to some gulag. At the same time, you’ll start to hear about how we simply have “excess people”, what do you think comes next?
All of the power brokers building doomsday bunkers in their massive compounds see what’s on the horizon. Are you awake yet?
